Integrated Youth Services Network (IYSN)

The IYSN is a complex and collaborative project, with the objective of providing the right services to the right youth in a timely and efficient matter. The IYSN will include 7 sites located in the rural centres of Wellington, as well as in Guelph. Physical activity, mental health, substance use, and peer supports will be core services at all IYSN sites. Stigma Free Society

The Stigma-Free Society is committed to combating stigma of all kinds. The Charity’s Vision and Mission foster programs that cultivate, encourage, and educate diverse communities to be inclusive and compassionate through awareness and understanding through education, support and leadership. The Stigma Free Society offers a wide variety of programs including a Student Mental Health Toolkit and a Rural Mental Health Toolkit.

Stratford Perth Community Foundation

The Stratford Perth Community Foundation is part of a world-wide network of foundations whose objective is to help build stronger and more vibrant communities. Thanks to the generous from the Community Foundation, we will be able to send a mail out with mental health information to our community members in Perth and Wellington County.
